I haven’t received my DaoPoints yet.
DaoPoints are normally credited to your
balance within minutes after your payment. In case this did not happen, please
check whether the phone number you made the payment with is registered in your
account (“My Account”/”Manage Phone Numbers”).
You can also register your phone number after the payment as you will receive DaoPoints for all past payments (retrospectively 100 days).
